Meet Kye

Hi! I’m Kye. 👋

Tattooing allows me to spend each day making art, not just for myself, but for others to carry with them for life.

I love the collaborative process of working with clients to bring their vision to life, and I’m continually inspired by the stories, ideas, and energy they bring to the table.

I would describe my style as primarily illustrative, with elements of both bold color and delicate black and grey work. I tend to gravitate toward a muted earth-tone palette and soft contrast, but I’m always open to exploring new directions. I’ve been tattooing professionally for four years and am still refining my unique voice as an artist.

Some of my favorite subjects to tattoo include critters, neotraditional lady faces, florals and botanicals... especially pieces that blend cutesy or whimsical elements with natural themes!

I love when clients trust me with creative freedom, and I’m always excited to design something that flows well with the body and feels personal to the wearer.

Outside the studio, I’m a big fan of anything sweet and always have a treat nearby. My playlist is ever-changing, but some favorite artists include Manchester Orchestra, Fleet Foxes and Rainbow Kitten Surprise. If I could teleport anywhere fictional, I’d choose Westeros, no question.

I’m originally from Southern California, but I moved to Colorado in September 2021 and quickly fell in love with the community here. When I’m not tattooing, I’m usually spending time with my husband and two kids, exploring, adventuring and making memories together.
